We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead complex projects and develop approaches that differentiate us. You will work closely with our global team to leverage our capabilities and deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client experience, delivering compelling stories and leading creative qualitative work.
  • Conduct strategic workshops and sprints, leading cultural or semiotic explorations, creating brand positioning strategies and deploying core methodologies independently.
  • Explore industry trends, maintain curiosity about brands and innovation, share insights and develop strategic perspectives based on sensory and market research.
  • Collaborate with our Growth Director to craft strategic proposals, understanding client challenges, building costed approaches and owning client relationships to expand our reach.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading complex brand innovation projects within FMCG and has experience in sensory and consumer testing from concept to product testing. They should also have excellent communication skills and client confidence, as well as the ability to translate complex data into engaging presentations.
