About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Global Enterprise Architect Lead to join our team within the SAP Customer Services & Delivery board. In this role, you will lead digital transformation using cutting-edge SAP technologies, advance the RISE with SAP initiative, promote Clean Core principles, and accelerate SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) adoption.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture models for customers, aligning with their enterprise goals and collaborating with virtual account teams (VAT) as a transformation partner.
  2. Provide enterprise architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure that every customer benefits from SAP's cloud qualities.
  3. Act as the Transformation Partner for CIOs or other CXOs, driving architecture effectiveness and supporting adoption.
  4. Align customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategy, accelerate BTP adoption, and promote SAP best practices.
  5. Provide customer context to all teams, enhancing customer proximity and experience.
  6. Articulate the value of designed target architectures and possible intermediate/transition steps, providing guidance on the realization of identified benefits.
  7. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring secure, reliable, and flexible cloud environments for mission-critical processes.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in customer experience roles, with experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, and experience with BTP components and services such as application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.
  • S/4HANA technical or functional knowledge/experience.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior management and C-levels, both within IT teams and across business functions.
  • Mindset for strategic thinking, continuous learning, and business acumen.

About the Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $200,000, depending on location and experience.
