I-PERCEPT TECH PTE. LTD. is a leading technology company seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead our team in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Salary Range: SGD 140,000 - SGD 200,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team as a strategic leader in delivering innovative IT solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they align with our clients' objectives and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they align with client objectives and exceed their expectations;
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide technology solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and leverage the best tools and technologies;
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and bridge the gaps between users and technology to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement;
  • Work closely with key stakeholders from various business units to understand their business requirements and translate them into systems and applications architectural specifications;
  • Conceptualize and design the end-to-end architecture of solutions by leveraging the enterprise-wide technology and analytics platform and implement effective IT solutions for the organization and industry;
  • Resolve technical problems and constraints and provide supervision and guidance to development teams;
  • Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose appropriate changes to enhance our service offerings;
Requirements:

To succeed as an Enterprise Solution Architect at I-PERCEPT TECH PTE. LTD., you should have:

  • Prior experience in a solution architect role with significant experience leading and facilitating solution conceptualisation sessions with business and technology stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices;
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing reusable components, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes;
  • Working experience in Consulting Enterprise Solutions Architect.Digital Transformation, Platform Setup, Modernization, Data, Security, Cloud;
  • Knowledge on OpenShift Container Platform is an advantage;
  • Sound knowledge in coding languages (preferred Java), various operating systems, and databases;
  • Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD adoption and deployment;
  • Certifications in relevant skills (e.g. project management, business analysis, AWS solution architect etc.) are an advantage;
  • Working experience in project management and vendor management;
  • Relevant knowledge in change management and business process improvement is an advantage;
  • You must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to work on different projects in a rapidly changing environment.
