","About the Role","

The Senior Facilities Specialist will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of clinic construction and renovation projects with a focus on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and project handovers.

  • Support large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery within quality standards while implementing innovative and sustainable practices.","
  • Manage project budgets, including cost control, financial reporting, and contributing to financial planning processes.","
  • Develop risk management strategies, participate in assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.","
  • Establish quality control measures, conduct pre-inspections, and oversee Testing and Commissioning (T&C) processes for M&E systems.","
  • Facilitate smooth handover of new buildings and renovations, ensuring all systems meet required standards before operational use.","
  • Build stakeholder relationships, contribute to effective communication, and prepare comprehensive project status reports.","

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or related field.","
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or facilities.","
  • A strong background in mechanical services, building systems, and project tail-end processes (T&E, M&E handover).","
  • Effective communication skills with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.","
