Senior Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships and service providers to optimize facility performance.
  • Lead office administration activities, including renovations, relocations, space planning, and lease negotiations to maximize office space utilization.
  • Coordinate procurement processes, including RFPs and RFQs, and oversee project management of fit-out and refurbishment works.
  • Support corporate administrative functions, including team leadership, travel policy oversight, contract review, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
