Job Description

We are seeking an experienced detail shop drawings developer to join our team. As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for creating high-quality drawings that meet the project's requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in using Revit, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely submission of shop drawings and resolve any discrepancies that may arise during the project.

  • Develop detail shop drawings (ACMV) for project construction
  • Provision for timely shop drawing submission to Client
  • Able to resolve drawing discrepancies (e.g clashes)
  • As-built drawing for submission/handover for project completion to Client

Requirements

  • BIM certificate/diploma is highly desirable
Required Skills and Qualifications
