Detail Shop Drawings Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation and submission of detailed shop drawings for project construction. They must have a thorough understanding of building information modeling (BIM) principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Revit software.


The following are key responsibilities:

  • Shop Drawing Development
    • Create accurate and detailed shop drawings using BIM software and tools
    • Ensure that drawings meet client requirements and specifications
  • Discrepancy Resolution
    • Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies and clashes
    • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • As-Built Drawings
    • Prepare and submit as-built drawings for project completion
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission

Requirements:

  • BIM certificate/diploma is an added advantage

Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in Revit software
  • Strong knowledge of BIM principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
