Customer Support Expert

As a Customer Support Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for coordinating support disciplines and experts to bring quick and adequate solutions to customer needs.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and issues.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive customer support plans.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless resolution of issues.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Engineering or related field.
  • More than 10 years of working experience in aerospace industry, preferably relating to defense and security support & services.
  • Ability to understand and promote conceptual services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM software.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
