Job Description:

As a senior non-destructive testing (NDT) professional, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the activities of NDT teams. This includes imparting proper skills towards processing and inspection of all parts to ensure efficient and high-performing teams that meet business needs.

You will also be responsible for maintaining personnel expertise and formal certification in the appropriate NDT disciplines. Furthermore, you will develop the NDT staff with sufficient training and formal certification to adequately cover business needs, including backup arrangements.

Additionally, you will function as the primary technical interface and engineering resource on all NDT-related issues. You will work closely with teams to explore and seek better ways and more efficient methods of performing NDT tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Engineering or Material Science or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience as an NDT Level 3 in the aerospace industry.
  • A diploma in Engineering or Material Science or equivalent with at least 6 years of aerospace experience and an additional 4 years as an NDT Level 3 in the aerospace industry.
