Clinical Research Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Healthcare Specialist to support the conduct of clinical trials and research studies. This role involves ensuring adherence to study protocols and ethical guidelines.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing patient screening, enrollment, and informed consent process.
- Administering study-related procedures such as blood taking, vital signs, and sample collection.
- Monitoring and recording patient progress, adverse events, and follow-up visits accurately.
- Coordinating with investigators, sponsors, and study coordinators to ensure smooth study operations.
- Maintaining proper documentation including Case Report Forms (CRFs), regulatory binders, and study logs.
- Educating patients on study procedures and providing ongoing support throughout their participation.
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing, registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- At least 3-4 years of nursing experience in an acute setting.
- Strong interest in clinical research and patient care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
