Business Analyst - User Experience Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in user experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis principles and be able to apply them to improve the user experience of our software.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, develop solutions, and implement changes that meet those needs. They will also be responsible for facilitating workshops, meetings, and other collaborative activities to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and other collaborative activities to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business analysis processes and procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business analysis capabilities and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in agile projects
  • Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to continuously learn and adapt to evolving software platforms and related technologies
  • Experience working with Salesforce and related tools and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
