Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Relationship Manager in managing and strengthening customer relationships, cross-selling products and services, and portfolio risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Relationship Manager in managing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Support the Relationship Manager in completing transactions, including documentation and liaison with customers and internal teams.
  • Review and analyze customers' financial performance for credit applications.
  • Monitor and track the latest developments of existing accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in the Banking industry.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills with a strong command of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
