Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Energy, Environmental, Electricity, Business, or a related field. Your experience should include at least 5 years in the power market, carbon/REC project development, or carbon trading. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle constructive criticism and take initiative. A commercial and creative mind with an entrepreneurial attitude is also necessary.

Aptitude for taking risks and embracing challenges is vital. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to new situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
