Financial Accountant Role

Overview

This role involves managing all transactional and financial accounting, corporate reporting, and ensuring compliance with company and statutory laws and timelines for entities in Singapore and South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transactional Accounting (Accounts Payable, Intercompany transactions, Team Member Business Expense Reimbursement, Accounts Receivable, AR reporting, and support, General Ledger posting and reports)

For this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire transactional accounting process, including accounts payable, intercompany transactions, team member business expense reimbursement, accounts receivable, and general ledger posting and reports. You will ensure timely and accurate financial information is available to stakeholders, while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

As a Financial Accountant, you will be working closely with other teams to ensure that financial data is accurate, complete, and consistent across all areas of the organization. This includes providing regular financial reports, analyzing financial results, and identifying areas for improvement.
