  • Bachelor's degree in Law, admission to the Singapore bar required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A, private equity, or financial services transactions preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of investment agreements, corporate governance, and compliance processes essential.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
