Job Title: Retail Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Retail Excellence Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional retail experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

The Retail Excellence Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of global retail strategies, including visual merchandising, store optimization, and floor plan recommendations. You will work closely with regional teams, local Key Account Managers, and channel dedicated marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of these strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global retail strategies, including visual merchandising, store optimization, and floor plan recommendations.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, local Key Account Managers, and channel dedicated marketing teams to ensure successful execution of strategies.
  • Provide analytical support to identify optimal product ranges by store format, using predictive engine SKU performance and potential.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional lead, retail training, local teams, and global partners.
  • Travel as needed within the APAC region.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in retail management or retail operations with a strong understanding of B2B Branded channels.
  • Proven ability to implement pivotal initiatives, including visual merchandising and planograms, that improve customer experience and optimize sales.
  • Strong analytical skills that enable the identification of the optimal product range by store format, using predictive engine SKU performance and potential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with regional lead, retail training, local teams, and global partners.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed within the APAC region.
