Job Title: Investigative Operations Specialist

At our organisation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investigative Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving enforcement actions against entities and individuals who abuse or contravene our funding, regulations, and laws.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting verification calls to individuals relating to our funding support, handling requests related to refunds of our funding support, gathering information and intelligence pertaining to training providers and enterprises, conducting field surveillance on entities or individuals as part of intelligence gathering for cases, and preparing regular statistical updates related to enforcement cases.

To be considered for this position, you must have up to 3 years of relevant work experience in enforcement work function, be proficient with Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, possess good writing, communication and inter-personal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently as part of a team.
