Key Performance Indicators:

  • Operate Autorefractometer and medmont topography equipment with precision and accuracy.
  • Enquire about customers' ophthalmic lens needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Fit lenses and check spectacle power to ensure optimal vision correction.
  • Perform quality control checks on customer spectacles before dispensing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Product knowledge and expertise in contact lenses, eyewear, and ophthalmic investigations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Healthcare background and understanding of ophthalmic procedures.
  • Investigation and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Retail sales and customer service experience a plus.
  • Strong vision care and healthcare knowledge.
