Hotel Maintenance Professional

A skilled Maintenance Technician is required to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel's engineering services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks, including routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of mechanical and electrical systems. This will involve working with various equipment, tools, and materials to ensure that all aspects of the hotel's engineering services are functioning correctly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in maintaining and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including boilers, pumps, and HVAC units.
- Install and repair new equipment, including pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and facilities management, to ensure seamless operations.
- ITE or Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
