This is an exciting role for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customer complaints, inspecting and testing electrical and mechanical equipment, managing stocks of spare parts, and performing other duties as assigned.
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful person with good interpersonal and communication skills, who can work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent service to our customers.
To be considered for this position, you should have 1-2 years of working experience in the building or hospitality industry, with a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a service-oriented personality, with good character and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Attending to customer complaints and reporting breakdowns of services within the hotel premises;
- Diagnostic testing and inspection of electrical and mechanical equipment, sanitary and plumbing systems, and arranging faulty items for repair work;
- Managing stocks for M&E spare parts, electrical works, sanitary, and tracking stock levels;
- Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned;
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the building or hospitality industry;
- Resourcefulness, proactivity, and a team player attitude;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Service-oriented personality with good character;
