Technical Installation Specialist

Job Summary
This role involves installing and commissioning equipment, providing technical support to customers, and collaborating with the Sales Team to address customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission equipment to ensure it is correctly installed and operational.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance, calibration, modifications, and software updates on testing and inspection devices.
- Diagnose and fix issues in complex systems promptly.
- Offer technical support and advice to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Perform on-site testing of equipment to confirm systems meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, analysis, and diagnostics.
- Preferably with good knowledge of reliability testing methods such as thermal, vibration, humidity, and environmental testing.
- Excellent customer service skills and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel internationally for occasional work-related trips or training on short notice.
