Job Description: The Head of Regional IT Compliance is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the global IT systems across the APAC region adhere to regulatory standards.

This individual will lead a regional team accountable for quality governance of GxP-relevant IT infrastructure and applications. The successful candidate will drive innovation, strategic leadership, and regulatory expertise to implement validated systems aligned with the company's LeVA framework.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of validated systems that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Influence stakeholders to support evolving business needs through future-ready validation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in (Bio)Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Engineering, IT, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry, with at least 5 years in IT quality control.
  • Over 3 years of leadership experience managing international, cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to drive innovation and foster a quality culture.
