Biomedical Engineering Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Biomedical Engineering Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in biomedical engineering and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular maintenance on biomedical equipment according to manufacturer instructions and checklists.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning biomedical devices.
  • Collaborate with user departments and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Commission new biomedical equipment and verify its compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide assistance with IT integration issues related to biomedical devices.
  • Procure and expedite delivery of spare parts for malfunctioning biomedical equipment.
  • Compile reports on biomedical equipment trends for user departments.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field, plus 5 years of work experience.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are essential for this position. Technical proficiency in relevant software and tools is also required.
