Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Rope Access Project Manager to lead our rope access projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and safely.\
  • This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.\
  • Responsibilities include managing and maintaining rope access projects and equipment, conducting training and monitoring rope access knowledge amongst technicians, and maintaining IRATA audits.\
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for carrying out company capabilities expansion with respect to rope access, maintenance of rope access equipment, and maintenance and archiving of rope access documentation and procedures.\
  • Additionally, they will develop project method statements and risk assessments, as well as bidding and commercial proposals for projects.\\

    • Required Skills and Qualifications:\

      • A well-rounded understanding of rope access techniques.\
      • A clear and confident command of English with good presentation skills.\
      • Impeccable Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\
      • Resourceful and independent individuals able to quickly solve problems.\
      • Proven and strong leadership qualities.\
      • Able to adapt to fast-paced environments.\\
      • Experience in carrying out rope access projects beneficial.\\
