Central Office Support Professional

About the Role:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing and responding to email and phone inquiries professionally. This includes preparing quotations and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately and promptly, handling payments, issuing cheques, and performing online transfers using EZ Accounting Software. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field and hold a SPM / GCE N/O Level qualification or above. They should also be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to email and phone call inquiries professionally
- Prepare quotations and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately and promptly
- Handle payments, issue cheques, and perform online transfers using EZ Accounting Software
- Assist with monthly payroll processing
- Prepare and generate monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
- Manage MOM-related tasks and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for finance and HR
- Support general office administrative duties as required
