Institutional Product Development Manager

As a seasoned product leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the Exchange's Institutional roadmap, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and feature sets that meet the evolving needs of our institutional and professional trader clients.

About the Role:
- To define features and product outcomes by leading and actively documenting product specifications and requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and plan the Exchange's Institutional roadmap, focusing on delivering best-in-class trading UX/UI and workflows for institutional and professional traders
- Manage the roadmap backlog, ensuring timely delivery of products and features
- Collaborate with development teams to develop technical solutions and provide product outcome direction
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of product management experience, with a domain knowledge of exchange/institutional trading/prime brokerage platforms
- A data-informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the user
- A passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences
