About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Global Operations Excellence Manager in Singapore.

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage global standard operating procedure programs, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency across all operations sub-functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of GSOP programs to drive operational excellence and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Conduct regular audits, Gemba reviews, and performance assessments to ensure compliance with ISO/GSOP standards.
  • Liaise with management and stakeholders to provide updates on program progress and performance metrics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics or operations management, preferably within the transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO/GSOP auditing techniques and business process re-engineering skills.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results-oriented projects.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Salary estimate may vary based on location and other factors.
