About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer, Global E-Commerce to join our Data-E-commerce Engineering team. This is a global role responsible for designing and developing AI infrastructure for TikTok's E-Commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with scientists teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
  • Design and architect E-Commerce AI infrastructure solutions.
  • Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results.
Requirements
  • Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Coding experience with a general-purpose programming language (ie. Java, C/C++, Go, Python).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of big data processing pipeline.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum. Bonus structure based on performance and company goals. Opportunities for growth and professional development within TikTok.
