Job Title: Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the procurement of inventory and distribution of drugs and supplies for clinics. This role involves conducting all supply chain activities in accordance with policies and procedures, including vendor sourcing, purchasing, distribution, and inventory management.

In addition, the individual will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements. They will also assist in general housekeeping and perform data entry tasks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: The incumbent will be responsible for procuring and managing inventory of drugs and supplies to meet clinic needs.
  • Supply Chain Activities: They will conduct all supply chain activities, including vendor sourcing, purchasing, distribution, and inventory management, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: The individual will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
  • General Housekeeping and Data Entry: They will assist in general housekeeping and perform data entry tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Degree in Pharmacy: A degree in pharmacy is required for this position.
  • Registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council: The incumbent must be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) and hold a valid SPC practicing license.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Skilled in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
