The Senior Sanitary Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects related to Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining method statements and work procedures for project execution, monitoring and reviewing site construction activities to ensure timely completion as per the scheduled program, evaluating and estimating costs for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services, analyzing data to inform decisions, preparing detailed design and construction drawings for various projects, collaborating with stakeholders including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers to facilitate project progress, attending site meetings and inspections to stay updated on project status.


Requirements:


The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, knowledge of tender costing, particularly in evaluating and estimating costs for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services, is an asset, 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with relevant design and installation knowledge; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, excellent interpersonal communication skills, creativity, and a result-driven approach, ability to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
