Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions

  • Lead full spectrum of Project Management including but not limited to Overall Engineering Design, Construction, Manpower Planning, Testing and Commissioning.
  • Design Development relating to Plumbing, and Sanitary.
  • Predict resources needed to complete project.
  • Budget and Cost Control.
  • Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Order and manage materials and equipment.
  • Coordination and liaison with Clients, Consultants, Architect, Authorities, Project teams, and Subcontractors.
  • Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
  • Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
  • Any other business related matters assigned by the Management/Head office.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
  • BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary construction.
  • Strong leadership, management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
