Document Processing and Customer Service Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of procedures prior to document authentication.
- You will conduct thorough, multi-step verifications on Singapore Government-issued documents before processing them.
- You will provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- You will assist customers with online payment processes.
- You will respond promptly to customer inquiries received through walk-ins and emails.
- You will address customer challenges or concerns related to Certificates and document legalisation.
You will also provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, maintaining and updating records in the Stakeholding System and SharePoint, and ensuring timely completion and accuracy of assigned tasks.
The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS SharePoint and MS Office Suite, is required.
