Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our underground infrastructure projects. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project schedules
  • Perform infrastructure planning, geological assessments, and rock engineering design
  • Manage and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project delivery in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient manner
  • Identify potential design and construction related issues, risk, and contractual disputes, and develop appropriate solutions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in Civil Engineering, Rock Mechanics, and/or Engineering Geology, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in underground projects
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent time management
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with design and analysis software, including hydrogeology and geological modeling
