Compounding Sales Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting customized pharmaceutical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities by showcasing the benefits of personalized compounding solutions to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service and tailored product recommendations.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the latest developments in compounding solutions and how they can benefit their patients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical sales regulations.
  • Track and report sales activities and market feedback to inform future business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in pharma/healthcare, with compounding experience being an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are highly valued in this position.
