Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our team as a Senior Impact Investment Strategist. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of our impact investing strategy, driving fundraising and stakeholder engagement across our platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Impact Investing Strategy & Fund Management
    • Develop and manage impact investing strategies aligned with our firm's mission and goals.
    • Lead capital raising activities for new and existing funds, focusing on impact investors and family offices.
    • Cultivate relationships with institutional investors, DFIs, and strategic partners to drive deal flow and fundraising.
    • Collaborate with leadership on fund structuring and positioning to enhance impact and financial returns.
  2. Investor Relations & Reporting
    • Serve as primary liaison for current and prospective LPs, delivering timely and transparent investor communications.
    • Coordinate due diligence processes and respond to investor inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
  3. Ecosystem Development & Partnerships
    • Build and maintain relationships with co-investors, accelerators, corporates, and ecosystem enablers to enhance firm visibility and deal flow.
    • Identify strategic partnership opportunities that support our impact investing mission and drive business growth.
  4. Brand & Communications
    • Oversee external communications strategy, including PR, media, and thought leadership, to elevate our firm's reputation as a leading impact investment platform.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in impact investing, private markets, or strategic partnerships, ideally in a senior leadership role.
  2. Demonstrated track record of managing impact investments and driving fundraising initiatives.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present with clarity and confidence.
  4. Strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently and cross-functionally, driving results-oriented solutions.
  5. Familiarity with impact investing and ESG frameworks is a plus.
  6. Entrepreneurial and mission-aligned mindset with a collaborative working style.
