Job Description

As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders and transactions efficiently via our Point-of-Sale system.
  • Create a variety of specialty drinks and provide expert recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in product development and training sessions to stay up-to-date on new menu items and trends.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the cafe.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and order supplies as needed to avoid stockouts.
  • Support colleagues during peak periods and special events.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced beverage environment (e.g., cafe, restaurant, or bar).
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and meal allowance package. Working hours are 5.5 days per week, with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts. Saturdays are standard hours from 8am-3pm, while Sundays and public holidays are off.
