Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Expert

The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of Dry Process areas, equipment, and processes. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in designated areas of responsibility.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain clean equipment meeting highest sanitary standards.
  • Ensure product quality according to company standards.
  • Meet daily production targets and achieve product yields as per standard.
  • Contribute to projects improving quality, efficiency, cost, and safety of the drying process.
  • Notify supervisors immediately of events or conditions affecting company objectives, requirements, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you require:

  • Secondary education, GCE N/O/A, NTC/ITC/NITEC or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Computer literacy, basic knowledge of technical and quality food safety standards and systems.
  • Ability to understand factory and department KPIs and strive to achieve results.
