Job Description

At TEG INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Customer Liaison Specialist to join our team.

  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and operational manuals by maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • To provide exceptional customer service by responding to student inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • To be responsible for the upkeep of student personal files, including updating records and ensuring confidentiality.
  • To assist in the preparation and checking of student contracts, as well as coordinating industrial attachments and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information, including attendance and academic performance.
  • Assist in the coordination of student orientation and counseling sessions, as required.
  • Generate reports on student attendance and monitor any discrepancies.
  • Provide support in the preparation and submission of student passes, applications, renewals, and cancellations.
