Job Description:

As an IT project coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects. Your primary goal is to ensure smooth project delivery while keeping track of key milestones, risks, and resources.

You will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients to facilitate communication and project alignment. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Maintain and update project documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Support quality control processes by reviewing deliverables before submission to clients.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. You should have 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
