Unlock Innovation Business Enablement Leader

Job Description:

The organisation is seeking a highly skilled Business Enablement Specialist to drive innovation, change delivery, and transformation across the team.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, commercial sense, and results-driven purpose, with experience in business analysis, preferably in banking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive innovation, change delivery, and transformation across the team.
  • Lead and support a change in mindset, building a culture of client centricity, agility, and accountability through standardised metrics and measurement.
  • Support continued embedment of discipline in backlog management under Fit For Growth (FFG), drive robust prioritizations discussion keeping in mind intended key outcomes and capacity constraints.

The successful candidate will have a practical orientation to developing and maintaining an innovative mindset, with a style that fosters teamwork and collaboration with all types of stakeholders and partners.

They will be self-motivated, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and resolve complex operational issues.

Additionally, they will possess proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale and complex changes and embedding best practices.

The Business Enablement specialist will be responsible for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the organisation.

Core competencies required for this role include:

  • Strong understanding of core business processes and associated technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of strategy and business model development.
  • Awareness and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and lines of defence.
