Airport Ground Operations Officer Job Summary

The Airport Ground Operations Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft on the ground.

This position requires an individual who can effectively coordinate with flight crews, air traffic control, and other airport personnel to facilitate timely and efficient aircraft turnaround.

Key responsibilities include directing aircraft to and from gates, overseeing the loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail, and operating ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and de-icing machines.

Qualifications for this role include a minimum Diploma in Aviation/Aerospace related disciplines or other relevant qualifications, a Class 3 driving license, and comfort with shift work.
