Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to drive our data-led decision-making processes by transforming raw data into actionable insights.

About the Role:
This position is instrumental in partnering closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics, build dashboards, and support strategic business initiatives that shape the growth and success of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports on app downloads, retention, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team to design, automate, and optimize reporting processes.
  • Partner with the Product Engineering team to strategize and implement effective data collection methods.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable business intelligence (BI) insights.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to guide leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Design and execute data collection strategies to align with evolving business requirements.
  • Support stakeholder engagement by gathering requirements, analyzing business environments, and creating impactful data visualizations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing attention to detail with innovative approaches to problem-solving.
