Job Opportunity

Dive Supervisor Required for Commercial Diving Projects.

We are seeking a skilled Dive Supervisor to lead our commercial diving projects. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams and overseeing underwater operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of divers and support staff to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of underwater operations, including planning, execution, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum certification as per MOM ss511 legislation requirement or more.
  • Proven experience in commercial diving projects, preferably with an inshore-based ship husbandry and underwater civils background.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
