">Dive Supervisor Required for Commercial Diving Projects
">We are seeking a skilled Dive Supervisor to lead our commercial diving projects. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams and overseeing underwater operations.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of divers and support staff to ensure the successful completion of projects">
- Oversee all aspects of underwater operations, including planning, execution, and safety protocols">
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, such as MOM ss511">
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service">
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve project objectives">
Requirements:

- Minimum certification as per MOM ss511 legislation requirement or more">
- Proven experience in commercial diving projects, preferably with an inshore-based ship husbandry and underwater civils background">
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder groups">
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines">
