Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned strategic leader to drive long-term growth and market leadership.

  • Develop and implement business strategies in line with corporate objectives.
  • Manage regional business strategy, focusing on market growth and increasing market share.
  • Lead strategic projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly deliverables.
Key Responsibilities

Business Goal Setting and Progress Management: Define and establish business goals aligned with corporate objectives and manage progress towards achieving them.

Regional Business Strategy Setting: Develop and execute strategic plans for the region to drive market growth and increase market share.

Strategic Projects Management: Lead and manage key strategic projects, from initial concept to successful completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with different teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives.

Requirements

At least 5 years of proven experience in corporate planning, including business strategy and sales planning. Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate operations across multiple departments. Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to develop strategies based on financial data.

Benefits

Competitive salary: SGD 7,000-11,000 (Depending on the experience). Bonus: AWS+VB(Total Ave:2.5 month).
