We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the efficient execution of our production processes. This role involves driving continuous improvement in productivity and quality, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand order splitting software and utilize it effectively to streamline production workflows.
  • Review and interpret furniture drawings and customer orders, leveraging expertise in woodworking techniques and panel furniture production processes.
  • Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), cutting lists, and hardware lists for production, adhering to specifications and measurements.
  • End-to-end coordination: from customer service to site coordination to ensure project progress.
  • Maintain CNC equipment, performing routine inspections of machine accuracy, lubrication systems, tool magazines, and other critical components.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in order splitting and CNC operation, specifically with single-row 12-tool machines.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, transforming them into automated manufacturing processes.
