  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably with experience in manufacturing assembly environments. They should also possess excellent communication skills, as they will be required to mentor and coach production staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision, or Industrial Engineering)
  • At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in the manufacturing assembly environment
  • Excellent communication skills to perform mentoring and coaching to production staff
  • Good knowledge of problem-solving methodology
  • Able to ensure safety standards and process safety management is duly followed
