Job Description:

Maintain a guest-focused mindset in our restaurant and bar, working across multiple concepts with Spanish, Taiwanese, and Japanese influences. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the establishment.

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based and non-coffee beverages to high standards, crafting and serving specialty coffee drinks with precision and consistency.

Organize the café for service, keeping it clean at all times. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the coffee bar and equipment.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing inquiries promptly.

Ensure proper documentation of reservations, prepare table allocations, and coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations.

Follow and ensure adherence to procedures; assist with opening and closing duties; manage table maintenance and service areas.

Possess prior experience in a customer-facing role, with training provided as needed.

  • Experience in a waiter/waitress or customer-facing role preferred
  • Passion for coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Ability to take orders, provide recommendations, and deliver consistent guest service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and hospitality software
