We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Governance and Compliance Expert. In this role, you will play a key part in helping us navigate the complex world of financial crime compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, experience in policy development, and excellent communication abilities. You will be working closely with senior management to ensure that our policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to work independently and take ownership of projects. Your ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure will be essential in meeting deadlines and driving business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in compliance or financial crime compliance, with a strong background in policy development and analysis. A degree in law or a related field would be highly desirable.

  • Subject Matter Expert of financial crime compliance, including risks, controls, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage committee meeting agendas, notes, submissions, and action plans
  • Prepare internal reports and presentation materials for senior management
  • Assist with policy and procedure development and maintenance
  • Participate in special projects assigned by senior management
