Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Compliance Manager. As a key member of our Financial Crime Surveillance Operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Singapore Financial Crime Surveillance Operations Team.

Your primary focus will be on investigating risk events and cases escalated by our Financial Crime Surveillance Unit teams, as well as providing guidance and training to Case Investigation Specialists and relevant stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for monitoring relevant metrics, establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring timely reporting and escalation of significant risk issues.

Furthermore, you will support the implementation of investigation and surveillance standards set by regulators and our Group FCC function, and understand technical aspects of systems relevant to Customer Due Diligence, Client Risk Assessments, Name and Transaction Screening, AML Monitoring, and Case Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Compliance professional with 4+ years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance (AML/CFT, Sanctions and ABC), particularly in case investigation.
  • Well-versed in MAS Notice 626 and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Professional certification such as ACAMS and ICA Diploma preferred but not mandatory.
  • Regulatory engagement with local regulators.
